Check the content of your order as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged or defective we will replace it and pay for the shipping within 30 days of delivery.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Atlantic Shed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you decide you do not want the items that you ordered and were shipped correctly we not pay for the return shipping.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise but not the original cost of the original shipping.

Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If you do not have the packing slip, a copy of your confirmation email will do.

If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift and you do not have the packing slip, you can return however, you will first need to get the Name and Order Number from the person who purchased the gift for you.
