poses some challenges for storage shed construction and the choice of construction materials. We do not use any partical board in our buildings, Only exterior plywood, T1-11 or Pine siding is used in all our Sheds. All buildings are guaranteed for both wood materials
and workmanship for 5 years. We hand select all the materials that go into building using only kilm dried wood in your shed to provide both quality and the lowest prices available.

Our Run In Sheds can be built in many different styles. We offer sheds with just a single bay (run-in) or you can also order the horse shed with multiple run-ins. As an option, you may add a storage room or a stall to any of our run-in sheds. The storage room may be placed at either end of the shed or in the center between bays. To enhance the beauty of your run-in shed you may have the shed stained with the color of your choice.

Site Survey,
We need a reasonably flat or level area on which to construct your building. We do not level the grade of the location where the building will be built more the 6 inches.
By appointment, I, Ron Young, will come to your location, mark out the exact spot where your shed will be constructed. I will also work with you on the design of your shed on a one-on-one basis. This is a free on-site consultation ( within 25 miles of your shop ) as part of the process.
This usually take about 20 minutes and will save a lot of time in the long run. I will schedule a date, build and install your shed, on your property, myself. I have no employees, so I'm the person responsible for doing the job right, the first time, every time.
Our Framing Techniques,
We use Double Top Plates, Full Double Headers, Jack Studs, Corner Blocking
Kiln Dried Spruce or Fir Studs, 16 inch on Center with 7 foot wall height.

The same construction techniques and materials that are used in building homes are implemented in all our storage buildings. They can be insulated, equipped safely with electrical service and heat for use as comfortable Workshops, Home Offices, Storage Units and much more. Our sheds meet and exceed all building code requirements.
Prices listed reflect completely constructed building, unstained and unpainted. I would be happy to paint or stain your building for you as an added option. Prices of Exterior Coating start at $ 300.00 and depend on the size of the building. This would require an addition trip or two as new wood really soaks up the finish and will need a few coats.
Permits,
The homeowner is responsible for zoning search and building permits. Most areas allow a 10x12 building or 120 square feet without a special permit. Larger buildings usually require permanent footings. For the floor, the best way to go on any size building is to have a solid concrete slab poured. You should always check with your Town Hall first ! ! !

No charge for buildings built within 25 miles of shop in East Taunton, Mass.
No charge for the first 25 miles, then an additional travel charge of $ 1.50 per mile, round trip miles, on longer trips.
Larger building that may take much longer to build, may have higher charges due to longer travel times,
